Good afternoon!
I took delivery of my Nissan Ariya in 2023 by reserving it in 2022 with a $500 deposit. Though, my $3,000 Colorado credit was denied.
Has anyone else dealt with this? Is there anything I could do and claim the credit?

Hey! Under the Transition Rule, the federal tax credit was $7,500. I’m not sure about the state-specific details, though. Many of us, myself included, filed amended 2022 returns and received our refunds.

You better ask your tax person. It seems pretty complicated to me.
