My Ariya’s charging schedule keeps on changing especially when I’m done scheduling it through the app. It charges on itself even if I didn’t schedule it. Is there a technique I need to know?

I set my charging schedule on MyNISSAN app. So far, so good.

Try deleting and reinstalling your app. This may resolve the issue.

This might be a glitch that they haven't noticed. I have also experienced this and all I did was delete the app and reinstall it back again and after this reset everything went back to normal.

According to my dealership, losing the XM satellite connection can disrupt the car's internal clock. Since the car relies on XM for timekeeping (even when connected to Wi-Fi), this can mess with scheduled charging. Their solution is to temporarily disable the charging schedule and initiate charging manually until the XM connection is restored.

Since a few weeks my charging schedule just changes the timeslots by itself. Usually it means my car then doesnt charge a lot since the timeslots are sometimes only 1 hour.
When i change it, it randomly changes again by itself in minutes. its bonkers.
I deleted the app, deleted schedules, turned them on and off, nothing helps.
Anyone any idea?, cause an EV that doesnt charge is kinda useless.

I ran into this when I first got my Ariya, and it drove me nuts because I was trying to take advantage of off-peak rates. The solution for me was making sure the app and car had the same time zone set, sounds silly, but if there’s a mismatch, it can start charging at odd times. Also, if you’re using a third-party charger with scheduling, check if that’s interfering with the car’s schedule.
