Battery range drop after software update on Ariya Venture+

After an update in November, my 87 kWh battery in the Ariya now only gets 219 miles, down from 304. The service department insists it’s normal, but I paid extra for that range, I'm told to call Nissan, so wish me luck!

I agree, that's a huge drop in range, it’s frustrating when the service department brushes it off. I’ll be clear with Nissan about the specific decrease and push for a solution.

I would do a 100 - 20% range test and see if anything has really changed.

Check with carscanner and an obdii dongle to see what car actual capacity is. The gom range is dependent on recent driving and outside air temp. My range goes between 230 and 340 miles depending on time of year.
