We've been enjoying our Ariya, especially the automatic locking feature. But recently, it's been acting weird, especially in the garage. The car won't lock itself anymore, even when I walk away. It doesn't seem to recognize the key fob either. This is strange because it works fine everywhere else. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem or knows what might be causing it. Before I take it to the dealer, I thought I'd ask here. Thanks for any help!

I wonder how far away you walk with the fob when your car is in the garage? Is there a distance you must go before it locks?

Do you think there’s anything electronic in the garage, like the garage door opener or whatever, that might be messing with the signal? Maybe something’s causing some weird interference. Just a thought, could be worth taking a quick look!

Don’t forget to take a look at the car lock settings in the menu under the settings icon. Just a quick check to make sure nothing got messed with by accident!
