Even though the system recognizes my iPhone 14, I've been experiencing problems connecting CarPlay wirelessly over Bluetooth in my Ariya. I can use the basic Bluetooth features and make calls, but the pre-registered CarPlay simply won't turn on wirelessly. I have to use a USB cable to access CarPlay, which is not the best option.

I've tried the standard troubleshooting techniques, such as turning on and off CarPlay and Bluetooth, restarting my iPhone, and attempting to reconnect, but to no avail. The Ariya doesn't connect to the CarPlay app, even though it can identify my phone over Bluetooth.

Has anyone else seen this issue or discovered a workaround?

Try this: on the Ariya Connections page, tap the (i) icon next to your iPhone, enter its menu, and ensure CarPlay is active. Activating it there resolved wireless connection issues for me..
