My 2016 leaf seems to be doing just fine ...only thing I have serviced are the Tires and wiper blades
I was wondering when to replace the 12V battery ...it seems to be doing Just fine with 70K miles ,,,but is getting old
I presume the 12V battery doesn't see much load and is just used to "boot up" the systems on start

It is stated in the manual about when you need to change your battery, there is a mileage recommendation just like the coverage limit that you have. It is already a given that a battery will decline after reaching the mileage recommendation, try to check your manual first. If that doesn't work then you need a technician to diagnose your vehicle for you.

Oh, wow! Is it still hanging there? At 70k miles? That's awesome. But even so, it is probably a good idea to start thinking about a new one. Just have this in mind in case you see huge signs of slowing down.
