Has anyone had to swap out the 12V battery in their Ariya super early, like within a year or so?
Just curious if this is a common thing or if there’s something else messing with the battery’s life.

My 2023 Premier's 12V battery crapped out after just a year! Can you believe it? Had to get it towed to the dealer, what a total pain!
Turns out, I'm not the only one with this issue….seems like a common problem, tsk tsk.

I’ve heard of a few Ariya owners dealing with early 12V battery replacements. EVs rely on the 12V battery for a lot of their systems, and if it’s not getting enough charge from the main battery, it can wear out faster. It could be an issue with the charging system not keeping the 12V topped up properly. If your car has been parked for long stretches, that might contribute to it too. One thing that’s helped some owners is using a trickle charger occasionally, especially if the car isn’t driven regularly.
