EVIQO Charging Limit Issue

I’m noticing something odd, just set up my new EVIQO charger for my 2023 Ariya. it’s only pulling 31.5 amps. The app shows the max is set to 40 amps. I have it plugged into a NEMA 14-50 outlet on a 50-amp breaker, so everything should be set up to handle the full 40 amps.

I’m planning to have an electrician take a look soon, but if anyone has suggestions, I’d really appreciate it! Anyone else run into a similar issue?

It won't go more than 31.5 because the maximum for the car is 31 amps.

The Ariya is limited to a maximum charging rate of Level 2.
